Crazy Love
Kathy Hwang, 2000
A tiny candle’s flame has finally pierced the dark
And though the dark in vain tries to swallow it up,
It fills the earth.
When I heard Jesus came to light this life for me
A feeling so insane consumed my heart.
And now I see
That I’m so in love.
The happiness I’ve found and secrets I’ve confessed,
That you knew all my faults and still loved me best
And I’ve…
Always been ashamed to shed my tears,
But tears come flowing when in your arms.
I’m caught up in this crazy love.
And my flesh and my heart may fail
But you make me think I could part the raging seas,
And I know it’s a crazy love.
A crazy love.
This world around me grabs to steal the best of me,
But I’ll place it in your hands to guard eternally.
Eternally.
And so I’ll sing about a love that’s so profound
And when I start to smile, you’ll know it’s ‘cause I’ve found
A crazy love.
And I’ve always been ashamed to shed my tears,
But tears come flowing when in your arms.
I’m caught up in this crazy love.
And my flesh and my heart may fail
But you make me think I could part the raging seas,
And I know it’s a crazy love.
A crazy love.
I’m crazy in love
